I have spent the last few years working with Al Lopez on a high-end construction project in Miami Beach. His construction knowledge, experience, and attention to detail are unsurpassable. Moreso than his technical skills, Al exhibits a professionalism and camaraderie on the job site with clients, subs, architects, and consultants that makes the people working for him perform at their highest level. There is a level of respect that all persons have for Al, and his continued relationship with all parties is a testament to his character and work ethic.
In the past few years, I have gotten to know Al well. He is someone you can call on to make sure things get executed properly and on time. He is also willing to help on unrelated projects and make recommendations to help you move your own project forward. He is kind, extremely hard working, unselfish, and courteous to all his collaborators.
Al is someone you can trust with your project in his hands. He cares deeply about his work, and it shows in his tenacity and effort put forth day in and day out on the job site. I cannot recommend Al Lopez enough for your upcoming project.

To Whom It May Concern:
Mr Alex Lopez was employed as the Operational Director of Soleil Lake Condominium/Fontanar Apartments when I was holding a second mortage on this project. When I met Mr. Lopez 2 year ago, I was extremely impressed by the fact of how carried himself and the explanations of the direction the project was heading, what was being done and the expected time frames of the completion of each and every task set out by him.
Mr. Lopez was always in constant communications with me or my office assuring us of the process of the conversion of the project. When sales commenced in november, 2005 he would forward us a report in the sales, rental and partial payoffs that where being sent to financial institutions from his Escrow Agent after each closing of sold units. He is a very organized and motivated individual who has always followed through till the end; Mr. Lopez ran the closing issues until my firm had been completely paid off and settled.
I highly recommend Mr. Lopez for any position that he pursues. Any Organization that would bring him on board will find out what an asset he will be.
Sincerely,
To whom it may concern,
We would like to take this opportunity to compliment Alex Lopez in respect to his ability and knowledge from years and experience in commercial and high-end residential build out with overseeing the entire project from start to detailed finish.
One of his strong abilities is his management and instrumental collaboration between teams of different trades from design to final product.
Another strong point is his ability to listen to clients needs, tradesmen’s issues and find a resolution without hesitation or further delays. Therefore, we continue to respect his leadership abilities in the industry.
Being in the high-end home automation industry for over 20 years, I can attest to the fact that working with Alex is a pleasure. We have started and completed several high-end commercial retail locations and exclusive residences. We will continue to support him and his team on projects and services as request.
Since we have worked together for many years, I am privileged to call him a colleague and a friend in the high-end market throughout South Florida.
Sincerely,
Miguel Gomez,

To Whom It May Concern,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your support and efforts to assist us during the installation at the Dior project at MDD.
As you know the project was a tremendous challenge not only logistically but engineering wise and physically for our men as well.
I wanted to specifically call out a person within your organization that helped us tremendously with the construction of this project. Without the assistance of Alejandro Lopez, we would have had a much more difficult situation on our hands. Al was amazing on all fronts, he managed the yard, the cranes at the yard, the men at the yard, Rick the trucker and all aspects of the logistics to assure that our materials were on site and ready each night. As if that was not enough, Al went beyond the call and helped our men in the field to assure their safety and also to assure that they had everything they required at all times. Al worked with our team as if he were one of our own, he helped with the unloading, even hopped on the lift and assisted with the setting of our bracketry. He was a tremendous help to both myself and our team and I am grateful for all of his assistance with this project.
Alejandro’s knowledge of the construction industry, along with his command of the men of TTG made your project come together in many ways. There were so many difficult and unusual construction challenges with this project and Al stepped up to the challenge at every corner. Most of your team did as well which is commendable but in particular, Al took the project on as if it were his own and no matter what hours he had worked during the previous day, Al came ready and willing to help every night we were on site.
I recently learned through the design team LVMH that everyone that was part of the project was pleased with the end results. Once again, I am very grateful for your assistance throughout the process and I look forward with working with you again in the near future.
Sincerely,
Howard Harris,

To whom it may concern,
Alejandro Lopez was the Project manager/ Superintedent during the construction of our home in Golden Beach. I was very pleased with the job he did during and after the construction. Alejandro was on top of subcontractors making sure they did their best work and on time – a task that is not easy in South Florida.
Alejandro was always available to solve emergencies, even on hours out of his schedule. When problems arose, he quickly proposed a solution to resolve the issue. He has a high standard for the quality of work, he is very responsible and has a great personality that allows him to work well with people around him.
These qualities allow him to deliver good results for his clients.

To whom it may concern:
This letter is on behalf of Alejandro Lopez. My name is Christopher Leitner and I am the project coordinator for ABW Electric. We have been in business for 28 years and have worked with Alex on projects since 2013. All of the projects I have worked with Alex on have been high-end retail and residences, such as, Christian Dior Women’s, Versace, Van Cleef and Arpels, Christian Louboutin, Tiffany’s and a couple of luxurious ocean front residences.
Throughout the 7 years that I have worked with Alex, I have found him to be very knowledgeable in all construction trades. He is also able to finish a project in a timely manner which is one of the most important qualities to have in our field. He is an excellent coordinator and a superb communicator, if myself or any of my guys needed something done that was urgent or important we would call Alex. There was never a problem he couldn’t resolve or help us resolve. He is extremely resourceful and no job was ever to much for him.
After working with Alex for these 7 years, I have come to know him personally. He is a man of the highest integrity, hard working and most importantly a man of his word. If you have the opportunity to hire or work alongside him you will soon realize that this letter is only a portion of what he can offer.
Sincerely,
Christopher Leitner,

To whom it may concern,
I would like to express my appreciation for Alex Lopez, for the important work, support and help received during the construction of our flagship store in Miami.
I have been working as the Rick Owens Architect for 10 years now and feel that Mr. Lopez’s assistance has been both rewarding and inspiring to me.
His ability to perform in a team and to be open minded, by meeting our demands whilst respecting regulations, was surprising.
Thanks to his problem solving skills we didn’t have any issues on site and all construction processes were performed in a professional manner and within the given deadlines.
I’m grateful to have met him through this project and hope to work with him again in the future.
Sincerely,
Anna Tumaini,

To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is a character and business reference letter for Mr. Alex Lopez.
Alex has maintained a business and personal relationship for some time now. His character, strong work ethic, and unsurpassable endurance when taken to task make him a valuable asset to any organization that employs him.
Character is a trait revealed and not acquired, Alex´s character when faced with adversity is to stand in, toe-to-toe, with the issue and be relentless in pursuit of a solution. He works diligently, without need of guidance, until matters are resolved. As Alex has often told me, ¨There is no such thing as a problem. There is only a solution waiting to be found”.
Finding someone that is willing to work at all hours and be totally dedicated to his employer is a rare commodity these days. It is refreshing to see that Alex is the kind of individual that takes direction without question and applies it consistently all the time. I have had the privilege of working with Alex on various matters and have always been impressed at this application of underlying instruction and ethics in accordance with directives.
Of utmost importance is the ability of an employee to see through an assignment to the very end. Alex´s moral fabric will not allow him to be content until a job or task is complete. Self sacrifice for the betterment of the organization appears to be a way of life instead of an anecdote with Alex.
I recommend Mr. Alex Lopez for any position he seeks. He is a confident and learned individual which will inevitably become an irreplaceable asset in any organization fortunate enough to hire him.
To all,
As the Architect for the project @ 1200 alton Rd. I have worked closely with Alex Lopez in his efforts to renovate the project, with Mr. Dumenigo´s budget always in mind. Alex Lopez has not asked me to write this, but I feel that everyone involved should know, if they don´t already, that Alex has worked in a manner that the construction industry is not used to seeing, and has exceeded my expectations as a project manager. He deserves a great deal of credit and praise. I think that Alex is a great asset to his employer and to any proyect he is put iin charge of. I am pleased to have met him and hope to work with him again.
I recently completed the 40 year recertification and was able to see the finished product of his labor. The building loohs great and I’m proud of him and the team that made it possible.
Respectfully,
Anthony Leon, Architect,
